Fillip emails your account statement, transaction report, and maintenance transaction log to designated fleet report contacts; your accountant, office manager, fleet manager, operations manager or finance manager. You decide who gets which report.
Account statement - detailed statement of all debits and credits made to your account.
Transaction report - detailed report of all logged transactions for fuel purchases made within the last two weeks.
Maintenance transaction log - detailed transaction log for vehicle maintenance (non-fuel) purchases made within the last two weeks.
