Who is Fillip for?

Where is Fillip available?
Fillip is accepted wherever Visa* is at stations across Canada. Drivers can use their card to pay for vehicle-related expenses like fuel, car wash, parking, and maintenance. You can turn purchases for product types on or off based on the needs of your business.
How much does Fillip cost?
Fillip's Core Subscription is just $5/driver per month. No spend minimums, no hidden fees, no setup fees. Visit our pricing page for the full list of features included.
If your business requires physical cards, a one-time issuing fee of $10 per card will apply.
How long does it take to get a Fillip account?
We strive to get you up and pumping within one business day of signing up.
Our online form will ask for your contact details, registered business name, location, and ownership structure. All information is kept strictly confidential. No credit checks or contracts required.
Our compliance team will review the information provided and complete a business verification. This process is a legal requirement of FINTRAC and protects our community from fraudulent activities.
As soon as your business is verified, you’ll be able to log into your Fillip account and invite your drivers!
What type of reporting is provided?
Fillip provides transaction-level details and digital copies of receipts, allowing you to easily track purchases and reconcile costs across your fleet.
You can log in to your Fillip account from your mobile device or desktop to review purchase history, pull receipts, or download account statements.
