Toronto, ON – September 25, 2025 –  Fillip Fleet is proud to announce that CEO Alice Reimer has been recognized as one of the Toast Top 25 Women in Tech 2025, a national honour presented at the Toast Summit in Calgary in partnership with BetaKit. This award celebrates women whose contributions to Canada’s technology and innovation economy often go under the radar, spotlighting the builders, mentors, and leaders shaping the future of Canadian tech.

Chosen from more than 1,000 submissions, the Toast Top 25 highlights innovators across startups, enterprises, nonprofits, and community organizations. Past and present honourees represent the breadth of Canada’s technology ecosystem - from founders and executives to engineers and community leaders. Alice’s inclusion on this year’s list recognizes both her leadership at Fillip Fleet, Canada’s first digital fuel card and fleet management platform, and her broader role in advancing opportunities for women in tech.

In addition to her leadership at Fillip Fleet, Alice is a co-founder and board director at The51, serves as an advisor at Creative Destruction Lab Rockies, and previously co-founded and led Evoco, a SaaS company adopted by global retailers including Walmart and Home Depot. She has been named to Profit’s W100 as one of Canada’s Top Female Entrepreneurs and recognized as one of Alberta’s 50 Most Influential People.

“What I love most about this recognition is that it’s not about titles or headlines - it’s about celebrating the women who are actively building, experimenting, and driving meaningful change,” said Alice Reimer, CEO of Fillip Fleet. “I’m honoured to be part of this community of visionaries and doers who are shaping the future of Canadian tech.”

The Toast Summit, now in its third year, featured discussions on hiring strategies, the gender pay gap, and leveraging technology for good, alongside wellness workshops and a showcase of women-owned businesses. The event culminated with the announcement of the 2025 Toast Top 25 Women in Tech, hosted by Toast CEO April Hicke and BetaKit CEO Siri Agrell.

Join us in celebrating Alice and this year’s Toast Top 25 honourees. Read more about the full list of recipients in BetaKit’s feature article here.
