What's New at Fillip: Product Updates Built from Your Feedback

At Fillip, the best product improvements come directly from the people who use our platform every day. Over the past few months, we've been listening closely to feedback from fleet managers, business owners, and operators using Fillip every day. We're excited to share a set of updates designed to help you find information faster, manage your team more easily, and get even more value from Fillip. Here's a closer look at what's new.

Rebates No Longer Require a Receipt

One of the biggest pieces of feedback we heard was about receipt uploads to qualify for rebates. We’ve made that process easier.

You no longer need to upload a receipt to earn rebates on purchases made at the pump. Your business may still choose to collect receipts for accounting, reporting, or internal records, but they’re no longer required for pump rebates.

For purchases made in-store, receipts are still required to qualify for rebates.

Portal Search That Actually Finds What You Need

As your team grows, scrolling through long lists to find the right driver or vehicle can slow you down. Our new portal search makes that a thing of the past. You can now search across your team using names, contact information, license plate, VIN, and more.

Whether you're tracking down a specific vehicle or pulling up a driver's profile, the right result is just a few keystrokes away. Less clicking, less scrolling, more time spent on the work that matters.

A Smarter Activity Center

Knowing what’s happening across your fleet shouldn’t require digging. The new Activity Center, available in both the Fillip app and portal, gives you a live view of key activity as it happens. Quickly filter by category, including purchases, alerts, funding events, and more.

1,800+ More Ways to Save with Petro-Canada

We're thrilled to welcome Petro-Canada to the Fillip Preferred Station network. With Petro-Canada on board, our Canadian customers now have access to 1,800+ additional locations where they can earn a rebate on every litre fuelled. For fleets operating across multiple regions or relying on highway routes, this is a meaningful expansion that puts more rebate eligible stations within reach.

Email Sign In for Easier Team Management

Adding operators is now easier. You can invite a new operator using their email address, so the right people can help manage your account sooner.

For existing operators, you can also add an email address directly to their profile, giving them another way to access Fillip and keeping their account information complete.

Assign a Vehicle, Assign a Driver

Better organization starts with clear assignments. You can now assign a driver to a vehicle, or a vehicle to a driver, helping keep fueling activity easier to manage and review.

When transactions are tied to the right driver and vehicle, your records stay cleaner, reporting becomes more accurate, and day-to-day expense tracking gets simpler.

If a driver fuels with a vehicle that isn’t assigned to them, we’ll send an alert so you can review it right away.

Custom Notifications, Your Way

Not every update is equally important to every customer. That's why we've introduced custom notifications. From the settings menu in the Fillip app, you can now choose exactly which notifications you want to receive, including funding updates, alerts, and purchase activity.

Turn on what's useful, turn off what isn't, and stay informed without being overwhelmed. It's a small change that gives you more control over how Fillip fits into your workday.
